Newhall Events app for iPhone and iPad

This is an application to be used to coordinate all aspects of offsite meetings held by the Newhalls both public and private. It is for use by planners and coordinators of the meetings, conferences, and trips, attendees of the meetings and conferences and trips and their staff, staff and services providers at offsite locations, and family members of meeting/conference attendees. It contains an interactive schedule of events, a map with custom map markers linking to the schedule, a list of event attendees, an interactive messaging system, a gallery, and a tasking tool, all of which currently reflect content for the next off-site gathering and will be updated and maintained for future events by the Newhalls. This is based on the already active SmartCrowdz application. All event pages with the application will be open to the public.

Whats New: This is an application for extensive coordination amongst all entities associated with offsite meetings and conferences for the Newhalls, members of a leading investment management firm.
